Terms of service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Learning Machine, Inc. about your use of the Weaver website, app, and related services. By registering or using Weaver, you agree to these terms. We seek separate authorization for account connections, data access, and external actions where the feature requires it.

Eligibility and your account

Weaver is offered to individual users in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Give us accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access to [email protected]. Connect only third-party accounts you own or are authorized to let Weaver access.

What Weaver provides

Weaver uses AI to help you find and organize information, analyze email, create events, summaries, to-dos, and personal memories, prepare email replies, and handle calendar matters.

Available features depend on the product version, usage limits, third-party services, and the permissions you grant. We may change features, usage limits, or supported integrations. We will give advance notice of material changes when reasonably possible.

Email, calendars, and action authorization

Connecting an email or calendar account lets Weaver access it only within the scope you approve. Connecting an account does not authorize Weaver to send email or take every possible action on its own.

Weaver sends, replies to, or forwards email only after you explicitly instruct or confirm it. A clear sending instruction, clicking a Send button, or approving a specific action may provide that authorization.

Check recipients, content, attachments, and calendar action details. Some actions cannot be undone after they are completed.

You can disconnect an account or revoke access through the provider. Disconnecting and deleting data stored by Weaver are separate actions, as explained in the privacy policy.

Your content and data

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us and necessary service providers to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed for the features you use, including creating summaries, events, to-dos, and reply drafts.

That authorization is limited by our privacy policy and applicable platform data policies. It does not permit using your data or derived content to train or fine-tune models for other users.

We do not use human labeling or routine human quality review of your content. Automated evaluation is limited to improving Weaver features visible to users and follows the same data-use limits.

You must ensure that the content you provide and your account connections do not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Limits of AI output

AI-generated summaries, classifications, events, to-dos, and replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or missing important context. Review them before relying on them or taking related action.

Weaver does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI output may also resemble output provided to other users.

Free service and future paid features

Weaver is free at launch. This does not mean every feature will always be free. We may introduce paid features or plans, or change the scope of the free service.

Before you buy a paid service, we will clearly show its price, features, usage limits, billing method, cancellation terms, and refund rules. We will explain and obtain the applicable consent for subscriptions, automatic renewal, or charges after a trial.

We will not charge you retroactively for prior use of the free service. Registering or accepting these terms will not automatically turn your account into a paid account.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Weaver to:

  • Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or access an account without authorization.
  • Send spam, fraud, malware, or other unlawful content.
  • Bypass permissions, usage limits, or security controls.
  • Disrupt the service, harm its systems, or access another user's data.
  • Trick Weaver into taking an action that the account holder did not authorize.
  • Violate applicable rules of a connected platform.

We may investigate these activities and take restrictions proportionate to the circumstances.

Third-party services

Weaver may integrate with Google, Microsoft, and other third-party services. We also use outside infrastructure and some cloud AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply, and changes to their features, permissions, availability, or rules may affect Weaver.

We remain responsible for the protection of user data handled by providers we engage, as described in our privacy policy.

Stopping use, deletion, and termination

You may stop using Weaver, disconnect a third-party account, or request deletion of your data and account at any time.

You may choose to delete email originals while keeping selected analysis results, or delete the email and related analysis results together. The scope, process, and deadlines are described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or end a service if you seriously violate these terms, law requires it, or continued operation becomes technically or commercially impracticable. When reasonably possible, we will explain why and give notice.

Suspension or termination does not cancel your rights under law to manage or delete your data.

Intellectual property, warranties, and liability

Weaver's software, interface, brand, and related materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the service under these terms, but do not gain ownership of those materials.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or that AI output will always be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduce consumer rights you cannot waive.

Governing law, disputes, and updates

These terms are governed by the law applicable to Learning Machine, Inc. and the specific dispute, without taking away any nonwaivable protection under the law where you live. A dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the matter.

We may update these terms and publish the revised version and its effective date. We will notify you of material changes as required. Where renewed consent is required, we will obtain it separately. Accepting a general terms update does not authorize specific charges or new uses of your data.

If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent allowed by law.
